Virtual Motherhood Support Group
Motherhood can be deeply meaningful and incredibly overwhelming. This virtual support group is designed to offer validation and practical tools in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Together, we focus on sharing experiences, learning gentle coping strategies, and building a sense of community with other moms who are in similar seasons of life.
What to Expect and Group Format
Group members can expect a balance of open discussion, guided reflection, and light psychoeducation. Topics may include emotional overwhelm, the invisible mental load, parenting, grounding practices, and more.
This is a closed group limited to ten group members per cohort in order to help foster trust and consistency. Cohorts are offered three times a year with start dates in January, May, and September.
Each group takes place over four months with sessions held biweekly. If paid per week, each session is $45. If you choose to pay for the full program in advance, the total is $320. At the end of the 8-session group, group members are welcome to continue meeting in a less structured, ongoing support group. These biweekly sessions provide a relaxed space for connection and support. Sessions are $20 each, with no required commitment. Come when it feels supportive for you.
Important Note
This group is a psychoeducational support group, not psychotherapy. While it is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, it is not a substitute for individual therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. No formal diagnosis or individualized treatment is provided, and participation in the group does not establish a therapist-client relationship. If you are in need of individual therapy or higher-level support, I’m happy to connect with a consultation call, or provide referrals.
If you’re interested in joining or have questions about whether this group is a good fit for you, please reach out to reserve your spot.
